A priestess of the Plaguebringer A symbol of authority, deception, sacrifice, uniformity, devotion, and service. Necromancers bearing cloaks often serve as priests to their clans. They are first and foremost disciples of Plaguebringer and will insist that her tenets and decrees are followed to the letter. They guide the day-to-day spiritual practices of the clan and ensure all members are baptized with the latest plague. |
s t o r y Ahucilia survived her Trials with flying colors, though she doesn't enjoy using her abilities on others unless it's of the annual baptism in Plague, monitoring her clan mates to ensure they survive and overcome the plague. She typically scours lands where recent squabbles or fights took place. Of the lethal kind. Collecting the corpses and having Boar haul them back to her hovel. She exhumes the bodies and uses their decay to brew viruses and other ailments. Occasionally using a familiar that has proven too many times to be a nuisance. Gavana and Arter both try to coax her skills for their own uses..The latter be crueler. She tends to stick with the Crows. They rarely bother her as she minds her business. Her son, Bile, has recently finished his trials. She knew he'd succeed if he took her genes well. His father on the other hand..oh, the crook he is.. She works in tandem with [TBN] to attempt to cure the Matriarch's curse. An illness with no known end and is undocumented. She has several notes tucked away, documenting the curse and everything of it. She is hellbent on discovering a cure and mastering this beast.

Deirdre found Ahucilia shortly after her Trials were completed. Courtesy and bowing to the young, bewildered Pearlcatcher. "Greetings, young master. The Plaguebringer gives her foulest regards in your completion of Her trials. I am Deirdre, a Blight Nymph, here to server your every command in the name of our Horrid Mother." The nymph spoke, her voice like a vocal manifestation of razors. Yet, it wasn't painful to hear. Ahucilia beamed and dipped her head in recognition of the nymph. After exchanging brief introductions, the two set off out of the wastes. Later years, they'd be found in Blight's Redoubt, continuing their duties. Deirdre is polite, though very quick to anger. She usually is seen perched on her master's wing, observing her works and those who interact with her. |
