She’s a first rate scout and she knows it. She could hold it over her superiors head but she doesn’t. She’s not that kind of manipulative. She’s also not the normal kind of mischievous, honestly she’s not a normal Shadow dragon, period. Maybe that’s why she took to the trees and grass so well, why she tries to stay away from other dragons. Far too many of her clanmates had eyed her and whispered about her and subtly moved out of her way. As far as she knows she’s done nothing to warrant this behavior but then again she’s just as superstitious as they are so maybe it’s something to do with that. Was there a black cat at her hatching or something?

Heavily superstitious is her rule of thumb. She’s not one to be overdramatic and declare the end of the world but she takes the omens seriously and goes from there. Most would think a scout would suffer under this idea but instead she thrives. Maybe the Shadowbinder just took a liking to her, but the omens were always true. She spills Salt, something ironic is about to happen. She gets a cracked tea cup, the fighters are about to come back injured. She sees two passing Omen Seekers and knows her children are gone to the gods. She has adapted this for her scouting as well, rolled up leaves, broken twigs, oddly shaped rocks on the path tell her if someone is nearby, where to find them and if they mean harm.
