The Big Boss.

Mesonoxian is by no means the largest dragon in the Division, or the wisest, or even the kindest, but he is by far the best fit to lead the company that it's shareholders have seen in years. His presence in the company is massive, and he makes a point to know each dragon working for him no matter how small their role. Everyone who works at TTD knows this Ridgeback's gaping grin and his supercharged personality.

His internal life and background are held close, but he does have a daughter in the company. The pair seem distant from one another despite the familial bond and Lucelent's position, but nobody wants to risk gossiping about the boss.
