Porrima

Elegant and stately, Porrima earned much respect for herself in the Clan after she was adopted, partly given because of her regal air and partly earned through the shows of her great intelligence and poetic talent that revealed themselves as she got to know her clannmates better. Though she is no clan leader, she is a queen in the eyes of many admiring clanmates, who consider her to be simply and excellent dragon.

It is not required of the dragons of Clan Mouse to pick a lifemate, indeed, few do, preferring to have nights of passion with their friends and then go back to friendship, but Porrima chose Canopus as her lifemate almost upon seeing him, and he her. They were drawn to each other with an understanding of self that did not fully evolve until they knew each other better, but everyone agrees that they are a fully fit pair, complimenting each other in every way. They are less in love and more of a full understanding of one another, like two halves of a whole.

Like her lifemate, she is fiercely proud of her offspring, of their beauty and elegance and intelligence, much of which is inherited from her, but she is a little more critical of them than him, worried they won't be happy if indulged in their youth and left without goals and struggles. As it is, though, she has no clue what struggles a dragon could even find in Polaris's peaceful clan. Still, she does worry.
