Lemonbright

History
Lemonbright has always felt a connection to the ocean. Hatching from an abandoned egg on the shores of the Crystalspine Reaches, she shook off her eggshell and felt the spray of the sea settle on her untested wings. She was alone and yet she was not, for the birds were her friends and the waves her playmates and the high-arching spines a shelter to foster her growth.

Lemonbright taught herself to fly in that cove. She swam with the fishes and dove with the whales, each time daring to go farther and farther from her beach. Where she didn't swim herself she heard about from the dolphins, until she had an extensive knowledge of the ocean and the ocean floor mapped on paper and memorized in her head.

And then the time came for her to rejoin society- to reach out to her kind that she'd only observed from a distance before, hidden beneath the salt and waves. For a while she traveled; for the first time she explored the world above the surface. She played with the idea of joining a clan, but none attracted her until she stumbled across one just in the starts, forming on the coast of the Southern Icefield.
