Orchid sees to the clan as a whole, and takes special care to ensure that every explorer has what they need to propser.

Orchid is a kind-hearted coatl with a strong sense of justice. She isn't afraid to take action and right any wrong she sees. Because of her upbringing, she is very well-spoken, and has little trouble communicating with dragons of all breeds and flights.

Originally a descendent of Ice Flight Royalty, Orchid had always yearned to see the world outside the frozen wastes. Her desire for adventure never slept within her; it was always pulling at her heart, beckoning her to explore unknown horizons. When she could no longer resist it's call, she left her icy palace under the cover of night. Unbeknownst to Orchid at the time, her brother had followed, worried for her safety.

Once Orchid had reached the mainland, she was not prepared for what she would find: a powerful maelstrom of ever-churning wind - the Twisting Crescendo. She and her brother were pulled into the vortex, and their wings were unable to fly them out. They crashed into the plains below.

Thankfully, a little purple fae named Kara found them, and managed to wake them from unconsciousness. After exchanging introductions, Kara explained that she too was on an adventure; she wanted to start her very own exploration guild here, in the Wind Flight. Orchid was enamored with the idea.

Orchid wrote:
"Please, allow me to help! I want to explore beyond the Ice Fields! I pay forward the kindness you have shown me! I promise you, I will help lead this exploration guild to new heights!"


Ever since then, Orchid has been happily helping Kara achieve her dream.
