&'Veni, vidi, vici' is a Latin sentence phrase meaning, 'I came, I saw, I conquered'.
He conquered.
"Glory to the- Oh. You were, ah, sleeping? My sincerest apologies..."
Flowery and verbose to the point of ridiculousness, if there was ever a dragon that embodied the stereotype of the absent-minded writer, Vici would fit the niche perfectly. He tends to lapse into slightly embarrassing monologues (at least, for his denmates) in praise of his deity, Windsinger - among other things.
Known for his tendencies to suppress any opposition to his 'great speeches', Vici will talk and talk and talk until the unfortunate other dragon is worn down by his irrepressible flow of speech. This often leads to many exhausted dragons in the Falling Wings lair at all times of day.
As he's often distracted by new ideas brewing and determined to get those ideas down on parchment as soon as possible, he tends to be the cause of many, many accidents. To his credit, he at least says sorry afterwards, and his apologies are a thing of clan legend.
He loves his mate Dulcia (Boomerang). He does! It's just very hard to tell, sometimes.
