Lady Consoleglitch is the supreme commander of the Blindsiders and oversees all activity and security of the Overground and Undercity. Her primary duty is to protect the Blindsiders from all local and international authorities. She possess the power to veto any decision against any agent, but requires majority vote when acting against a council member. She is also titled as the Silver Commander.
Who is she?

Lady Consoleglitch is a generation 3 Code dragon. She is a descendant of a Prime dragon, which are drones that took on the form of dragons to interact, released by a supercomputer known as the Console upon its destruction to protect all its data. She is partially organic, partially technological. As a Code dragon, she is capable of short distance rapid teleportation otherwise known as "blinking", and is capable of accessing any digital system within her line of sight.

She is aware that the Console has released all its data upon its destruction centuries ago, and that part of it is within her. As such, she is highly intelligent and knows many things, but desires more knowledge. She knows that the data is all still stored within chips of data, but her alone cannot find it. As such, she has recruited the help of the Shade in the form of a dragon host named the Chancellor to find all these data chips for her. The rest of the Blindsiders are not aware that the Chancellor is the Shade hosting a body, or that it was Consoleglitch that hired him. In return, she is giving sick and dying hatchlings to the Shade in her desperation to keep his efficiency. If the clan were to ever find out, she would immediately be cast out.

Her trusted envoy and head of recruitment Erak "Envy" Invidia however, is aware that the Chancellor is the Shade, but does not know who allowed him in. Consoleglitch is keeping an eye on Envy to make sure he does not find out.

Consoleglitch is also mated to Crisis Triscar of the Firestar clan. They've had many children together, though none stay with her. She has lately been distancing herself as she gets closer to the Chancellor in her desperation for the data chips he's been bringing her, and fears that getting too close to him will expose her crimes.

A Sick Deal.

A silver Skydancer sat in the dark of a forest so heavily shrouded by fog no one could see through it. The wind was so strong and heavy her scent was being thrown everywhere, confusing anyone trying to track her. The perfect place to meet someone.

From behind her, an even denser black mist swept by, collecting in front of her before materialising into a solid black dragon with red wings. This Imperial towered over the Skydancer, its eyes black for a moment before fading to red.

"What did you get this week?" The Skydancer asked.

The Imperial produced four data chips each filled with hundreds of gigabytes of informations. Clues leading to unlocking the secrets of the universe. She could feel every circuit within her twitch, hungry, starving for it. Desperate to get her hands on it, she lunged out for it without thinking, abandoning all composure and reaching for the chips.

A black tendril of smoke that felt so solid punched her back, throwing her back onto the foggy floor. "Ah, ah ah," the Chancellor crooed, clicking his tongue. "Naughty Consoleglitch..."

Consoleglitch picked herself up. "I paid you!" She hissed.

The Chancellor just grinned darkly. "I want more. I don't need money anymore. But I think for how precious these chips are to you, my price is very, very low."

The Skydancer narrowed her eyes, scowling, but she craved the data like drugs. "Name it."

"I want hatchlings." He raised his claw before Consoleglitch should speak up. "Only the sick and dying. Those that have no chance of growing up. I'm not asking for healthy hatchlings. Ideally, only those abandoned by their parents for sickness."

It was a sickening request, but her desperation for knowledge had her reluctantly agreeing. And she had one in mind already. "Alright. One hatchling, for those four chips."

The Chancellor nodded, keeping the chips first. "I'm very glad we can come to an agreement, Lady Consoleglitch. You know where to find me when you have a hatchling."

That night, Consoleglitch returned to her nest. Not all her hatchlings were born perfect, or healthy, and this little male Skydancer had a weak heart. Dr. Malakai predicted that the hatchling wouldn't last the month. The Skydancer didn't even cry as his mother picked him up in the middle of the night, only letting out a little whine.

"Shh.... mommy's here, mommy's here. It's... it's okay dear..." Her eyes were already watery as she picked her child up by the scruff, immediately fleeing the den with him. When she returned, she had no child, but had four data chips kept closely to her chest as she disappeared into the clock tower while the rest of the Undercity slept below her.
