Hi there, I'm Ammut, proud INFP, writer, and Catcher in the Rye hype-(wo)man. My lair is filled with OC's and characters from literature and films/shows that I adore (see: Holden, Finny, Allie, Dorian, Ai, etc.). Catcher in the Rye is literally my Bible, and I always refer to it when I'm having writer's block and usually it clears it up instantly.

And if you don't like Catcher in the Rye, we can't be friends, sorry (jk we can still be friends, but I might give u a side-eye sometimes when ur not looking).

I'm a Creative Writing graduate, and my favorite thing to write/read are bildungsromans, AKA coming-of-age novels. Like, I literally will almost not read anything else--help.

I adore angst and angsty characters. Give me all the Kylo Ren's and Holden's and Jack Merridew's, my misunderstood boys.

Dragons that aren't OCs or fan dragons belong to the clan of Liking but Mostly Disliking, presided over by Yvonne, a no-nonsense coatl with a heart of cold chicken noodle soup--chilly but still good.

Yvonne is accompanied by her mate, Marcel,
who has been by her side for many years as her first and only mate. As much as Yvonne hates to admit it, Marcel is the chicken to her biscuit,
and he is the only dragon she trusts fully.

Gael and Jacques are their two children, Jacques being the oldest, who is also the more charismatic of the two. He's the jolly and optimistic chef of the clan, but he has a petty side almost as large as his mother's!

Gael is far more quiet than his brother and is the doctor of the clan, always willing to help anyone in need. Despite his lethargic demeanor, he has an empathetic soul, much like his father, and strives to do well by himself, his family, and everyone else.

Next in command is PrinceDuSang, the patron of the clan, funding its many excursions and adventures. He's a bit reserved but otherwise friendly and personable.

Catcher in the Rye is a great book, I remember reading it all the way back in middle school haha. Shall definitely re-read it one day and refresh my memory!
