PERSONNEL DATA ::
Dr. Laverne Chrysanthos is in charge of the gardens that produce beneficial plants, herbs and oils for medicines in [plague doc clan]. Also keeps some more deadlier plants to research on such as Janustraps. Has a pet Travelling Garden that helps tend to the garden by eating weeds and also allows Laverne to sit upon.
They are known for their kindness and hospitality but seems very uncomfortable when in places outside of their home or gardens. Rather timid and dislikes loud noises. Every week they hold lessons for both aspiring dragons and non-dragons to teach about their plants and medicines. One of their secrets is that they are terrified of plague dragons, including their boss.
BACKGROUND HISTORY ::
As a hatchling, Dr. Laverne and their siblings would often venture down from the safety of their village to the jungles of the Shrieking Wilds, leading to early exposure to the dangers of the flora. A terrifying encounter with a large Greenroot Janustrap would leave a young Laverne fascinated rather than fearful, starting their journey with the study of the deadlier side of nature. They would learn how to protect themself from poisons and toxins as well as use such things for the benefit of their clan.
These studies lasted for many years and when Laverne reached adulthood, they immediately said their goodbyes to their home-clan and ventured to a university in the Sunbeam Ruins. While they were able to learn much more, this is where they discovered their heavy aversion towards loud noises and being in unfamiliar places. After graduating, they were recommended to the [plague doc clan] due to their need for a botanist after the death of the previous one.
