hi, jade the pearlcatcher here! i know you are a busy spiral, so i dont mind waiting if necessary. but i was wondering if you could capture my brother john with your photographic device? he has a tendency to get swarmed by fireflies, so all my previous photographic attempts have been somewhat... lacking :(

A-a-a fan?! I can always make time for a fan! I'll get going right away, maybe try some of that new bugspray I've been working on to help the gardeners out on your friend John...

Wow, you weren't kidding about those fireflies... Anyhow, good news and bad news! Good news: Got a rather stylish picture of John there if I do say so myself (and I do). Bad news: I think the bug spray attracted more bugs than it repelled. I've never seen so many fireflies in one place! It was quite thrilling, although I don't think John had the best time. Still, as they say 'Science is 99% failure and 1% success." Now I know what not to put in the bug spray![/color]

wow, talk about a speedy turnaround! i knew i made the right choice hiring a professional. ;)

as for the photo itself, it's certainly... unique. i dont think ive ever seen the fireflies swarm in those numbers! john informed me that he was less than thrilled with the experience. tweaking that bug spray formula for next time might be a good idea.

but casey the protobeast said she had fun, so it wasnt a complete disaster! :D
