34983084(Miser) was raised in a way that caused him to act extremely selfish.
He was given whatever he desired for his adolescence, which mostly consisted of toys and food.
Additionally, he was raised in the Comfort Cells before being moved to the main floor. We made sure to move him quickly, as we wanted the change to be as jarring as possible to ensure results.
After the move, we kept interaction with 34983084 to a minimum. He became bitter and noticeably unstable, bribing the other subjects for things he wanted. He began to hoard whatever he was able to get his claws on. Management found a list that 34983084 had written, detailing all of the things he desired. Said list has been documented below for formalities.
