Sinflayer serves Minstri and the Clan as Judge. She oversees any disputes among clan members.

Sinflayer hails from the Shifting Expanse, though this is not always readily apparent to those who see her. Her eyes hidden deep behind the painted ivory mask she wears. Moreover, her body bears all the making of a child of the Plaguebringer. It is rumored that she was once a high-ranking manager of production, who was infected by the Plaguebringer. Indeed she bares many mutations, the most obvious of which is her seeming lack of skin - her body instead covered by a thin, transparent membrane.

But if she ever held any devotion to the Stormcatcher, it is long gone; her devotion to the Plaguebringer might lead one to believe no other deities exist in the world of Sinflayer. What does remain of her lightning nature is her constant high demand of those around her - her standards of perfection perhaps even rivaling those of Peryite, who can at least be sometimes pleased by the actions of another dragon. Sinflayer is a constant, driving force in the clan, always working to ensure the strength and competitiveness of the clan in the harsh environs of the Wasteland.
