captain of the knights - deargard
The distant horizon entranced him with sweet murmurs of the wonders of the world, regaling him with its lovely reveries and lively colors. It was the winds of the horizon that drew him forth to the sky, lifting his wings from their icebound prison and freeing him to fly away to find himself somewhere where he belonged.

The spirits of the faraway gusts persuaded Ezekiel with its saccharine tales and outlandish mysteries into the towering, majestic castle of Midfen. There, in the turbulent winds, was where he felt his first true taste of warmth. There, standing on one of the castle's many towers, face raised to the rushing breeze, he felt alive. Kneeling before the Council of Sorcerors and their accompanying aristocrats, he took his place as a knight of the castle guard, and felt euphoria in his freedom.

A wanderlust knight hoping to journey somewhere distant and mysterious; there is something about the cryptic and unknown that draws forth a spirit of determination from his soul. Ezekiel possesses the spirit of a wanderer never satisfied and the abilities of a warrior with unrelenting fortitude. He carries himself with a light grace, simultaneously grounded, yet also faraway in the look in his eyes and the thoughts in his mind.
