    Caentaris was exiled from Plague flight after being accused of slaying her mate. Unable to pull up enough evidence to prove that she was framed, she was kicked out and forced to cross the border to Shadow.

    She later came across what seemed to be the ruins of a clan. Bodies of dragons littered the ground, their shadowy blood soaking the earth. From a few feet away, she noticed a rose colored dragon crawling across the clearing. Caentaris came up to the dragon and assisted them to their feet. This dragon introduced themselves as Percible, a healer.

    Percible explained that there had been a bloody battle of leadership of the clan and both competitors were killed in the scrap. Caentaris offered to help the most that she could, which led to a journey to the Starfall Isles to revive Ramona who was very near death. Through her selfless actions, Caentaris was made new leader of Shrouded-By-Shadows.

    Caentaris may seem like a bit of a tyrant at times, but she's really just overbearing. She means well but her heart rules her more than her rationality. Percible and Ramona serve as her advisors and make sure things stay in check.

    Caentaris has a secret affinity for cute things and though it's poorly kept secret among the clan, they have the sense to keep it to themselves.
