Rubicon may not be the brightest dragon ever, but he has managed to gather together a ragtag band of dragons which he calls the Host of the Heights.

As an orphan hatchling, Rubicon wandered through the Ashfall Wastes. He was attracted to the bright glowing magma of the Great Furnace where the cliffside provided cooler breezes and safer depths.
Aged Tome While digging his new home into the side of the volcano, he found an other-worldly tome. Though certainly no scholar, he obsessed over the book until he thought he had it translated. It spoke of winged, two-legged beings without body fur that made up a great host.

He takes in outcasts and orphans and gives them new names from his book to make them part of his Host.
