There is no other dragon that can move, talk or even fly as fast as the little Nocturne that goes by the name of HipHop. It was because of her natural, jittery tendency to move so quickly and fly so rapidly that she was given a job that would hopefully burn out her energy so quickly - but of course, it didn't.

Nonetheless, HipHop performs her job of the clan messenger with surprisingly accuracy and in a timely fashion as well. It is this messenger that is trusted with the upmost important messages between her own home clan and the clans that need these messages delivered to. Upon returning from her usual nightly message trips, it only takes an hour or so of some rest before the smaller dragon is once again bubbled up with energy and ready for some action.

Showing from her eyes, HipHop was a dragon that originally came from the Shifting Expanse; it's one of the theories between fellow dragons that is constantly floating around as to why she manages to have so much energy and such diligence to work, is because of growing up within the Lightning god's domain. Whatever the actual reasoning, none of them complain much about her accuracy to get the job done.

As a result of her jerky movements in the air, HipHop makes not only a rather well rounded messenger but also a fighter. If push came to shove that she encountered an obstacle on one of her message routes, HipHop's mimicking ability and constantly quick movements would make her a rather frustrating dragon to be up again. Usually, it sends the other dragon packing simply out of annoyance that they cannot land a blow on the hyped up Nocturne.
