Kimberly
A Father To Us All

Kimberly hails from a peacefull clan of farming dragons, embedded in the Windswept Plateu, farming things such as rice, carrots, and potatoes. This modest, but large clan valued community and togetherness above all things, and so, it was no surprise that when a wayward egg was found wedged in their rice patties, they took the scuffed thing in without question. Kimberly was born with a brilliantly Pink coat and a unsatisfying desire to explore. As a child, he grew to enjoy the tranquility of raising crops.

One day, as he was farming, a young dragon stumbled into their large fields from the obscuring brush being tailed by several Talonook, and to the eye immediately the situation looked dire for the young lady. Perhaps it is simply how mirrors operate, because although Kimberly had been raised a pacifist's life, he lept to action as if he had been a hunter his entire life. With no regard for his own safety, he attacked the Raptors without predjudice, and made quick work of them all. When the dust settled, Kimberly came to his senses, blood on his body still warm from the scuffle. On that day, Kimberly learned that if he was ever to keep to his lifestyle, control was absolutely necicarry.

Still, the encounter was for naught, and the young dragon, who in turn was not much younger than Kimberly herself, introduced herself humbly as Dia. She was a fae who, despite the rough and tumble scrapes she had obtained, had an air of elegance that caught Kimberly's attention immediately. As Dia settled and eventually became a member of Kimberly's parent clan, the two struck it off and over the years, even found that perhaps they loved each other deeper.
