Biography
Vector is nothing like he seems at first glance. He appears to be a regular nice guy but that could not be further from the truth. Too him it is a game, an act with the purpose of fooling and manipulating those who are unfortunate enough to be his targets. Vector takes great joy in other peoples suffering, especially that he courses and he deliberately goes out of his way to play with his targets emotions as much as possible before striking them down for his now amusement. On top of his sadistic nature and the fact that he seemingly lacks any kind of morals towards others, Vector are also very selfish, somewhat arrogant and sometimes even a bit lazy. He does not show his true colors unless he is sure that none will live to tell the tale but because of his arrogance, he has a tendency to underestimate others. Rei is Vector's alter ego that he uses for his "little games". During those "games" he acts nothing like he normally does and few traces of his actual personality and agenda are left to be seen. Few would suspect that a young energetic Wildcalw who seems eager to help and defend others, would be a sadistic killer. This is just a way for him too get close to his targets, and often he keeps up this act for several months before making a move. Vector are an extraordinarily skilled actor, something that can clearly be seen on how convincing he is while pretending to be Rei. |

The targets he chooses are not random. People he dislikes, has a grudge against, has something in their possession that he wants or just people who's death would benefit him in some way are high up on his list. Currently Yuma, Astral and Nasch are on top of that list, all three of them for all the reasons mentioned above. Vector became a shard hunter in order to gain enough power to take down Nasch. Being a demon makes him completely immune against the shards' shade corruption. Due to his position as one of the seven (now six) alpha demons he is greatly respected among demon kind, tho he is clearly the least liked out of the seven as a lot of other demons find him untrustworthy, especially the other alphas. As an alpha demon Vector has the ability to take the appearance of how he looked in his previous life, which is that of a grey Wildclaw. Vector prefers to manipulate others to do his dirty work for him rather than doing it himself, even his own kin. When it comes to pure strength Vector are one of the weaker out of the seven alphas, because of this he has to rely on trickery and wit rather than power when it comes to taking down stronger opponents like the other alphas. He alone is responsible for the death of the alpha leader Nasch's twin sister and the scattering of the remaining six alpha demons, all because Vector simply dislikes Nasch a lot and want to take his position as the king of the demons. |

Vector's connection to the Shade is complicated and goes beyond just his attunement to the void. After his failed attempt to take down Yuma and Astral his hatred for the two grew to its extremes, after which he started to strive for revenge at any cost. This lead him to make a pact with the Shade, allowing the dark spirit to use him as a host in exchange for its overwhelming power. The Shade's intentions are unclear but what is not are the fact that Vector is being manipulated, something he is well aware of but as long as both their interests lay in line he sees no reason to bother about it. He is planing to backstab the Shade as soon as he gets the power he seeks. It is unclear if the Shade knows about Vectors intentions. Their relationship can be described as two manipulators attempting to manipulate each other in order too further their own goals. He rarely battles himself as he usually tries to get someone else to do his dirty work for him but when he does he has usually set up the aria beforehand in some way in order to ensure that he has the upper hand right from the start. Traps and ambushes are tactics commonly used by Vector to balance out what his lack in other arias, as he is one of the weaker alpha demons. His primary weapons are tooth and claw but when needed he will utilize his many shade shards which power are greatly amplified by the Shades presence inside his body. As long as he has the upper hand there is no reason for him to finish the fight quickly, it is not uncommon for him to play around with his opponents both physically and mentally for a good while before delivering the killing blow. The more they suffer the better. However that Shade does not share his philosophy and sees most of it as an unnecessary waste of time that ultimately brings Vector nothing more than useless satisfaction, but Vector has made his stance clear on the matter and will ignore any mention of it. Sometimes the Shade even gets ignored completely. |
