Kindhearted, friendly and a bit too lenient, Goldenstar is the former Clan Leader of the fallen Vesuvius Clan. Her open-mindedness and optimism make her the best dragon to go to when in doubt. Some say she's the most intelligent in the Clan -- after Jadine, of course. She also has a daring and adventurous side she shows when she goes out on patrols and hunts. Born in the realm of the Lightweaver to a prosperous and prestigious Clan, Goldenstar had the privilege of receiving good education and having a loving family. She and her siblings would play under the warm light of the sun, under the caring and amused gaze of her Clanmates. However, the more Goldenstar learned about the world around her, the more she felt she did not exactly belong in the Sunbeam Ruins. Thus, at a young age, the Skydancer bid farewell to her homeland and set off on a search to find the place that would resonate with her the most. Goldenstar was weary and tired after months of travel when she stumbled into the Molten Scar. Seeing her poor state, Jadine invited her to stay and recuperate. During this time, she met her mate, Sythlar. It was like love at first sight for the two of them. Goldenstar felt that she did not need to travel on anymore, and decided to stay. Jadine saw in Goldenstar the qualities of a leader - kindhearted, devoted, loyal to her Clan. Thus, when Goldenstar grew up, Jadine broke the news that Goldenstar was assigned the role of Clan Leader. Jadine stepped down and at Goldenstar's insistence, took up the role of Clan Matriarch. Goldenstar still goes to Jadine for advice and comfort. However, after Ignacia's entrance into the Clan and Blazeflower's birth, the balance that had controlled Vesuvius Clan began to tip. With Ignacia's claims of being Flamecaller's daughter and Blazeflower's show of extreme firepower, the Clan began to doubt Goldenstar. But there were those who stuck with her no matter what, and she herself promised to be strong for her Clan. Whoever comes out victorious, Goldenstar, Ignacia or Blazeflower, would rule the Clan. Goldenstar's hopes fell when Ignacia gained control of the Clan, renaming it Hearthhome Citadel against her wishes. Not knowing how to continue fighting, Goldenstar retreated to the corners of the Citadel where she stayed and waited with her loyal Clanmates, waiting for a day Queen Ignacia would finally fall.
