Hatchling and nesting grounds caretaker


The oldest daughter of Varda. She was the first to be born in this clan's nesting grounds. While her sisters and brothers have left the lair to fight for the Flamecaller, she and her sister Waneta, has decided to stay and help their clan grow.
Aveil has not had any hatchlings of her own yet, but she has had an important role in the nesting grounds ever since she helped take care of the hatchlings that came after her. She is the guardian and care taker of the nesting grounds and the new hatchlings.

She is a gentle soul, but will protect the hatchlings with her life. Even if they are not her own. She has tried to help the other dragons in their fights against the beast clans, but has decided that she prefers to help within the lair.

She is the one who takes care off unhatched eggs that Kya and the other dragons bring home. She does her best to help them hatch, and then care for the dragons untill they are old enough to fend for themselves.

Many of the orphans she has raised has left the lairs and found new homes, but some still remain in the lair. Rose, Marlon and Zuri are among the ones who are still a part of the clan, and they all look at Aveil as their caretaker.


Relationships:
Very close with her mother Varda and her younger sister Waneta. It might seem unlikely that she and Waneta would get along as well as they do based on their personalities. They keep each other in balance, and can always go to the other one for help and comfort. Family is very important to them after all that has happened, and they do what they can to support their mother.

She is still very close to many of the orphan hatchlings she has raised, mainly Rose, Marlon and Zuri.
