The Clan of 3 Cities is an affiliation of dragons living in a very cursed city somewhere on the border of Plague and Shadow Lightning the swamps of Shadow and Water because ghost cities listen to no man.

How'd it get to be a ghost city, you ask? Look, don't worry about it. It's pretty much under control. Perfectly safe place to come and spend some coin.
