A grand thousand yer old entity, Requiem aided what struggling clans he could during and after the Great Emperor Attack. Upon finding himself at the Citadel, he was fascinated by the construct, a remnant of the Second Age, and continuously offered his aid to the denizens inside. Ultimately, he offered to bring them out of their darkness and provide his guidance and knowledge to return both the dragons and the Citadel to their former light. A vote was cast, and the majority ruled in favor of this gentle spirit being appointed as the new High Leader.

Many were suspicious at first. What business could a seemingly powerful entity have with their struggling clan? But Requiem has proven himself to be humble, despite his grand age and magical prowess. He spends his leisure time talking to the dragons of the Citadel, asking about their days and their hobbies and jobs. When alone, he enjoys a good book or working on his bonsai garden. As such, he quickly grew favourable among the majority of dragons; the elusiveness and coldness of their previous leader, as well as the hardships of their previous life, fading into distant memory.
