Name meaning: Celtic legend name of a tragic heroine who committed suicide after the murder of her lover. She is sometimes referred to as Dierdre of the Sorrows. The name is of uncertain derivation. Some sources give the meaning "young girl". Personality traits: Deirdre is the epitome of a Femme fatale, enjoying nothing more than manipulating others, regardless of gender, into doing whatever she wants. She'll use both her charm and wit to sweet talk just about anyone into their own downfall, even if she has nothing to gain from it but a good laugh. "I've come here to save you." Ginjika Form: This cruel female dragonling has slanted red eyes that are like two glowing embers. Her thick, wavy, white hair is very long and is worn in an exotic, carefully-crafted style. She has a slender build. Her skin is china-white, with red feathers in random patches. She has jagged horns on the side of her head. Her wardrobe is unusual and severe, with a mostly black and red color scheme. Dragon Form: This dragon has an elegant, long body with a long, slender tail. Her scales are the color of fine china, cut with shards of black along the spine of her body. On the end of her tail is a luxurious plume. This dragon has slender limbs with three digits on each foot that end in very long, sharp, glowing claws. It has small, elegant, frill-like wings running from its shoulders to her haunches. Two rows of bony spikes that run from her shoulders to the tip of its tail. This dragon's head is dainty with a smallish maw. Her nostrils are velveteen in texture and are a dusty ash color. This dragon has narrow eyes that are the color of red-hot embers. She has tiny, pointed ears. She has a pair of jagged black horns on the top sides of her skull and are usually obscured by her lengthy white locks. |
