Named for Houttuynia cordata, otherwise known as bishop's weed.

Pre-bio: . A sweet-natured and incurably optimistic druid. The raw power he radiates is enough to ward off most Labyrinth beasties. As such, he has no concept of the amount of danger the jungles pose to other dragons, and is maybe a little too reckless in urging other dragons to pet the various monstrosities of the deep jungle. Still, he won't hesitate to use magic when protecting clanmates, and his ability, unrefined as it is, remains tremendous. This has led to a certain amount of irritation from Zachariah--watching a promising young mage fritter away their potential is bad enough, but Houtuunym 's aggressive cheerfulness makes it so much worse.

His primary occupations are cooking and maintenance of the meal-hall. He specializes in vegetarian and vegan food, though he will prepare alternatives for the clan's obligate carnivores. He also has a flair for floral arrangements, and is constantly assembling new centerpieces from leftover ingredients.

While he's the firstborn of the clan's founders, he neither holds nor desires any special claim to leadership. His mother is relieved because she wants him to stay safe and happy. His father is relieved for the same reason, and also because, deep down, he knows Houtuunym isn't cut out for the role.

Has a bit of a thing for Hyrophia. He's not sure if it's hormones plus friendship or something more romancey.
