....Feverish hand signs flap around you. She seems distressed. Finally Valkyrie runs over, as upset as Eranicus is. She glances at Eranicus, and then you, and pushes you off the flowers you were standing on.

Eranicus was born from a clutch of long abandoned dragons. As such, she remains quiet about her past, even when interrogated by Allegra, a fae in love with stories. In fact, she does not speak much at all. Having taken a pact of silence due to a suspected death in her history, Eranicus now communicates by way of hand signs. Eranicus had wandered into their lair one day, and decided to stay and fix up the state of their surrounding forest, after noticing the state of the greenery. When the other dragons saw her talent with plants, it was decided the silent wanderer could stay. Eranicus has a preference for lush vines and epiphytic orchids, but loves tropical flowers too. The hatchlings often surround her, catching the multitude of insects that flock to her garden. Her silence scares them away, and they huddle and make up scary stories about her behind her back. Their imagination makes her smile.

Eranicus was courted by Renegade, a true gentleman who arrived just before she did, for many years. Renegade spent most of his time in the Coliseum, farming and training up the leader, Pyre. Often he came by with plants he collected from the coliseum in hopes she can grow them in her garden. He was really sweet. but sadly, like the partners before him, he left. She remembers the day, too.

Now she works solely on her garden, preserving the plants he gave her, and creating new strains from the seeds. She's helped by her apprentice and her adoring boyfriend, and the two's romance helps keep Erancius young.

Will she ever find love again? Who knows. Her children have grown up and moved out, and now her love is devoted to Valkyrie.

Her garden was flourishing. Moving locations from the small, well lit area to the behemoth that was the sapling meant Eranicus could plan her gardens more accurately. And so her work had taken off. Ivy of all different kinds wrapped up the Tree, supported by carefully maintained Strangler Figs.
Orchids of all kinds dotted the trees surrounding the area, and ferns or all kinds littered the floor below. Gingers and heliconias provided splashes of colour to envy the orchids, and animals could be spotted all throughout her gardens, as they enjoyed the coolness and quiet.
It was truly her dream.
When Renegade came to her one day to express his goodbyes, Eranicus's heart dropped. She had become very close to the stoic skydancer, and shared many nests with him. But she understood his need to travel, and wished him the best of travels. She was not one to hold him back.
She missed him. But they had parted in good terms, and she had pens and paper. There was no harm in writing.

The only apprentice she's officially taken on, Valkyrie knows her stuff. While Eranicus has a touch, combined with Valkyrie's efforts, the gardens have bloomed even bigger than before. Plant reproduction rates are as high as 90% through val's strange habits. Eranicus doesn't mind, as it works.

Aidan helps around the garden, lighting heavy objects, pruning trees and carting piles of dirt around. The dirt gets into his joints, and causes him to squeak, but there's nothing a little river water can't fix, or so Eranicus thinks. Instead she constantly gets berated by Ikki for her 'foul treatment' of her golem.
