Hyann

Hyann cannot remember a time that he wasn't on the ocean. He was born to a salty, old pirate captain and grew up on the ship. He knew from a young age that he was stolen as an egg and raised to be the pirate's heir, but he never cared. There was something exciting about his life story that he enjoyed. For that reason, he never felt the urge to seek out his birth parents and see what his life could have been.

When his adopted father passed away he took over the captainship of the pirate ship. This was what he was raised to do and he took to the role without batting an eye. He drove the ship and crew into a world of prosperity. Ever their pillaging and plundering marks increased and so did their stash of treasure. Hyann even started kidnapping wealthy dragon heirs for ransom which proved to be a lucrative move.

Hyann, despite his upbringing and career, is quite pleasant. He doesn't hurt any of his captives and treats all of his crew with the utmost respect. They are his family and he would lay his life on the line for them at the drop of a hat. He is decisive and leads his crew with confidence.
