euclase, the storyteller
Born into a family of immense prestige among merchantries, Euclase has been expected to behave as one in his position should: brave, intelligent, and clear-headed, especially as they traveled through the various continents of Sornieth, peddling their wares.That is, until one night as they were traveling east towards the sunbeam ruins through the scarred wasteland for Brightshine Jubilee. Screaming. Moans of terror. A sound of tearing and crunching, fading into Euclase's hearing as he awoke from slumber. He crawled closer to the sounds, freezing to behold what remained of his family at the foot of a savage group of monsters. He fled as quickly as he could, his feet sore and throat parched, later stopping at the foot of what appeared to be a tower. A tower stretching to the heavens as far as he could see, craning his neck back to watch it disappear into the clouds. Shivering from exhaustion, he wandered into an opening at the base... Within the clan Euclase works as a scholar, a historian, and a storyteller of both past and mythological events, as well as a diplomat to the Arcane flight. He sometimes acts as an assistant to Ereshkigal when his size doesn't bother the library's other patrons. Despite his cumbrous size he is unable to fly due to his small wings and as a result he often uses passageways made for Snapper dragons. |
