Pixie has always been a bit of an outcast. She left her home land when she was younger, her sense of curiosity eventually leading her to the Shadow land. Her dark colors easily allowed her to hide from predators and for a while she lived alone until she came across Emeriss's clan. One thing she never left behind, though, was her deep interest in magic. Her knowledge in it gives her the ability to levitate small items with her mind and use minor arcane attacks.

In reality, she was escaping her past. Her younger days were spent among her former clanmates. They were a close-knit group who loved peace over fighting. She was in love with a fellow fae named Rayas and they had a youngling they named Caster. They were a happy little family. Until THAT day happened. The clan was attacked by a rivaling clan. It was a massacre. Few survived the attack. The remnants were left to scatter. Pixie lost both her mate and her son that day.

During her days in the Kage Clan she was able to slowly get on with her life, leaving her past behind her. She didn't forget, but she was able to live with herself again. She found a new purpose in her life when a young fae who goes by the name of Fuchsia joined. The moment she stepped(erm, floated?) into the Kage clans borders, Pixie could feel the amount of untapped potential she had within her tiny body. She knew from then on that she was called to teach others how to use and control magic.

She was finally starting to move on, pushing her past behind her when another student entered her life. This time it was an almost feral looking youngling. The poor nocturne had been lost within her own mind and to anyone else would have been dubbed mad and a lost cause. Pixie may have come to the same conclusion if not for the fact that this child resembled her long lost son.
