Death's Messenger - The bringer of death's call.

"Oh come now, you were to die here anyway- what does it matter to you if it is by my claw or not? It won't affect you any more than if I had just left you to your fate." Her throat shook in a short, subtle laugh, "Ah, well, except for the pain itself. That might be a little worse. I must have my fun, of course! I am sure you understand."

Third sister of Madrak and Liryle.

She has become an assassin with an insatiable thirst for the thrill of killing. Imenai is a deadly warrior that cares none for what could be considered "honorable"

May or may not have something to do with the three having these curses in the first place. (?)

She calmly cultivates a garden of thorn-ridden roses that she has skillfully learned to preserve and wrap the plants around leg and limb. Has become able to even keep them growing for an amount of time around her limbs. Known to dip the thorns in the blood of her target to keep the scent with her so that she may savor it.

She carries and mixes poisons to dip her claws into, but only uses them when need is dire and she is cornered. She avoids whatever may distract from the irreplaceable feel of her claws digging into flesh.

Combined unshakable will to live with a willingly indulged desire to mutilate

She is an intelligent, careful, confident and manipulative dragon with a dangerously stable sanity. Think Mord Sith but with a much larger emphasis on the kill and less on pure torture except for her most hated enemy (Also without the touch of madness they have). She does not kill on sight, but if she finds anyone in the perfect position to give her an irresistible opportunity, blood will spill.


-Knows what decisions that a dragon will make that will lead to his or her death. She uses this to her advantage, even knowing what she will do so that she can avoid her own death. She knows who to avoid killing to prevent falling into a situation fatal to her, and who will foolishly bring themselves to a self imposed death. She will then intercept, just so she can be the one to rend flesh and bone. The difficultly lies in the fact that she does not know when the fatal mistake will happen. She knows what the decision will be but she must always investigate and learn of her target and her target's situation so she can effectively pinpoint the general time that opportunity will open. The shortest amount of time from the kill that she had aptly been able to predict was a week, and often only the most predictable of dragons allows this.

-She had been separated from her siblings within a moon of hatching. Just as well, for the three together would enable an efficiency in Imenai like she had never felt before. Their curses would meld together and give each of them a vision into any chosen dragon's death unlike any other. Liryle is aware of this and has a growing distrust for her once dear sister. Liryle ensures that every step Imenai takes closer to her or her brother is nullified by an action of her own.


-Arguably the most powerful of the three, essentially able to see into any particular dragons future
-Knows what decision that dragon will make, but does not know when or what the death will entail. I.e. she could tell a dragon, "You will misjudge a dragon, and (s)he will be a murderer that brings you death when your back is turned.", but who that dragon is and when this mistake will be made is beyond her natural intuition. However, she will fight with everything she has to ensure she is the one to finally deal that blow.

-When no 'prey' is in her sights, Imenai is no danger to those around her. She will treat dragons moderately kindly and will not out of her way to make anyone miserable. Yet make no mistake, she is known to fantasize on just what noise any individual dragon's sinew will make when they snap in two.
