GoldenHeart
Her parents had been born from nothing but strong elemental magic. Goldenheart adopted this strong sense of magic. Unlike other dragons who had parents born from practically nothing, Goldenheart's magic did not develop to a mystical form. Instead, her magic had formed around her intelligence. She became incredibly smart, to the point that even the most difficult scenarios were child's play. Her intelligence had helped her develop her fighting skills. She trained with masters from around the world, honing her skills so one day she could protect the land she would call home. The struggles she faced in training did not overpower her for long. All it took was a few days of careful practice and studying until she adapted herself. She weaved through multiple opponents, hitting them where it hurt as swiftly as possible. She balanced her sword skillfully as she blocked incoming attacks from all directions. Within weeks she had surpassed her masters. She was a skilled warrior. A warrior who practiced chivalry and humility. If anything, she was the definition of a heroine.
Despite her skills, some things not even Goldenheart would foresee. It happened when she was in the middle of a bloody battle. She was protecting her clan fiercely from a pack of bandits. There were too many for her to fend off on her own. A swift and blunt strike to her wings had knocked her clear out of the sky. She crumbled onto the ground, unable to fly. The pain shot through her whole body, causing her to collapse in the middle of battle. The pain was enough to send any normal soldier into shock, but Goldenheart was not normal. She was a powerful, humble, intelligent, and tough warrior who had trained with the best. If her former masters saw her now, collapsed in pain, they would mock her. Goldenheart got up, and continued to fight. Thankfully, the battle was over before it got too bad. She returned to her clan, thankful no one had gotten injured and most of the clan didn't have to get involved. Regardless of the joy of winning, there was pain in her heart. Her species lived for the sky, but now she was doomed to the ground. No matter, she could always find another use for herself. Now, decorated as a war hero, she offers advise to the clan in political matters. When they need her help, they find her already there, working tirelessly to help in any way she can. |
