DRATHNAR
The Strange
Drathnar's more than a little weird. He has these voices in his head switching between saying really weird nonsense like "gotta get a new skin" and "I don't think that familiar matches well enough" and "not another gene project!!" and incoherent screaming. And sometimes, at complete random, he'll get bizarre, meaningless visions of... hairless Beastclans...?? Let me just say that this dragon runs through headache medicine like no one else.
No one believes him. . . except Lupa, and she was vERY NERVOUS when she found out for some reason. Luckily for her, no one but Drathnar really cares.
He is incredibly thankful of his mother Blair's frequent visits and gifts of strong(and getting stronger) headache medicine, even if he does theorize that his headaches may have something to do with his being her progeny.
The worst part is that he has an absolutely ridiculous immunity to most kinds of poisons and medicines, although it takes a few doses to develop... Which most dragons might find cool, but Drathnar absolutely hates it.
He’s officially treasurer, which is a blessing for him and everyone else due to the lack of needing to go outside. He hates sunlight so much that there’s a running joke of everyone carrying garlic to his room and then removing all of it at the door while loudly apologizing. Well, at least Evander does it, every time with a new set of bizarre excuses for having that much garlic on his person.
He’s an excellent treasurer, at least, and very good at frightening anybody who might try to steal or make a “but I need it” argument away so he doubles as guard of the hoard. Drathnar is incredibly proud of this and in fact sleeps on the coins a lot.
Due to his headaches, he’s probably the dragon who’s spent the most time with Lupa. He doesn’t say very much about her, though.
