The only surviving son of slaves, Basque was not expected to make to maturity. Those few born before him, deemed weak were mercilessly cast into the Wyrmwound. Desperate to survive the wasteland, Basque began training, requesting every punishing job no sane creature would. Eventually Basque earned a reputation as a man who can get things done. The elders of his flight began using him for greater purposes, affording him an intimate look into the world of warcraft. Years passed, and Basque had survived the Wyrm. He played the game and came out on top as a trusted tactician in his own right.

When Basque left the Wyrm he left on his own accord, A free dragon with the desire to test his metal in a different world. It is during this time he meets Edhelbor, a travelling butcher with a fever in his eyes. The Wyrm may not have effected Basque, but this young guardian ignited a fire in Basque. This was a guardian he'd follow to the end. As a Tactician, Basque was invaluable to a clan starting over, and it was in this clan he would make his biggest move yet: successfully installing Edhelbor as Alpha. His loyalty is unsurpassed

He is formidable at chess and finds great pleasure in out maneuvering opponents.
