Titled the 'Supreme Leader of Lies', Ouma rules over Fulmen Anima as the 5th dragon to lead the clan.
Promoted almost instantly thanks to his quick tongue and ability to create realistic stories he's now in charge of spying on other clans that may pose a threat.
Few dragons in the clan have managed to see through his lies aside from the other 4 leaders and plenty of them are questioning his authority as a leader, reluctantly following orders given out in fear of the others.

____As Tune quickly took interest in him, despite being able to see through his lies, he found himself annoyed and happy about her enthusiasm to make him a leader.

After being convinced she wasn't tricking him into a trap he agreed on the position and adapted almost instantly to the position, he still prefers to be in the shadows and plan things before lying but can make up lies on the spot to cover for her when needed.
(Such as making the war between the clan and her adoptive son's own clan created less casualties than it did)

If something bothers him he will pester her when she's busy and try to belittle her leader position as a way to vent until she asks what's wrong. (Or until he gets punched, whichever comes first depending on her mood)

_Relations - Liara_

____Liara is one of the dragons in the clan that doesn't mind his lies as she's able to sense his intentions by reading his soul.

As both Ouma and Liara shares Tune as their mate they often spend time together, resting in a cool spot from the heat of the day when there's not much work to do in the clan.
When asked about Liara & Tune he speaks in warm words for both of them, just to immediately dismiss it as a lie and that he's only around them to make them feel less lonely.

He shares an interest for science and calculations with her and he can sometimes be found in her lab, "assisting" her research (mainly just poking all the new shiny & 'cool' stuff that she manages to gather)
