Lore:
Having hatched with a rather special pearl she calles her little treasure, Acanthite is quite special herself. After not growing like every other Pearlcatcher or hatchling that hatched around the same time, she was cast out from them. Celsus on the other hand took quite a liking to her and took care of her when the other hatchling caretakers where busy keeping the growing one busy with teaching them how to hunt and fly properly.
When her mother Calamine has time she teaches her little gem, as she calles her, how to heal wounds and to be kind to every living thing. Even if they didnt show her the kindness back.
When playing with the familiars under the careful watch of PreciousTopaz she met another hatchling that never grew up. His name is Ammolite and he came from another place that she didn't knew. They both became quick friends and Acanthite is very fond of the time she spends playing around with him.
