FURYRAGE
Personality:Mind Philosopher || Master Educator of the Arts Sanctuary " When you admit that you don't know anything, you can really start to learn something " Despite the name, Furyrage is a peaceful dragon with a great inner peace. He loves silence, the sounds of nature and the pleasant smell of books. He doesn't understand how the other dragons can live only satisfying the need of the body and not those of the mind. He spent many time meditating and can't stand to be distracted, since this involves a big headache. He is a great orator that has pleasure in instructing young minds of hatchlings who enroll at the Arts Sanctuary. Some remain his disciples for their whole life. Lore: Furyrage was born and grows in the shadow of his older brother Zarroc, a fierce and combative dragon. On the contrary, the young Imperial dislikes fighting and rarely participates in brawls with his peers, preferring to stay alone, quietly, to observe nature and listen to its beautiful melodies. After many conflicts and quarrels with Zarroc, Furyrage decides to leave the clan to withdraw into solitude. Passing time, the dragon continues to gain consciousness of himself and of the world around him, so much so that he remains in silence to meditate for twenty years. After having recovered from his trance, the Imperial decides to instruct other dragons in the art of mental philosophy and so, along with other teachers and philosophers, gives life to the Arts Sanctuary, in which young hatchlings are taught how to learn, dominate, and make best use of their mind, body and energy that surrounds them. Sometimes, Furyrage thinks about the family that he has left behind and remembers that gruff and distant brother with anguish and nostalgia. Furyrage's task is mainly to control the registrations to the Sanctuary, to overseeing all lessons and, of course, to teach young students about the art of mind control. His subject focuses on meditation and knowledge of the essence of things. They have to be patient and skillful observers. "You have to know that you'll never stop learning... but I can tell you that: at the end of my course, you will be able to count how many times a hummingbird flaps its wings in just one minute. Without using magic to slow time, obviously". Umber is his favorite pupil. Arrived at the Sanctuary still an egg, he has proved to be a good apprentice, smart, intelligent, steady and filled out with impressive skills. Over the years, Furyrage became very fond of the young dragon, developing a father-son relationship. Despite his solitary nature, Furyrage is always followed by a loyal Snowsquall Floracat. The dragon had never give a name to it, since he believes that getting attached to which is composed by organic matter is futile, since it is destined to lose. Even if he doesn't want to admit, he really loves it. The Imperial has the habit of giving anyone some small Lapis Lazuli, since he is certain that the stones are able to calm the soul of who carries one with him. |
