Personality:
She is tough, but she has a heart of gold. Loyal and kind to those she cares for, but short on patience and trust, Betrid tends to be very reactive, often taking an immediate defensive stance when it comes to dealing with potential threats towards either herself or her books.
She appears to be fairly prudent in business, trying her hardest to fill her designated role as the library's manager, even with an initial lack of resources and a lack of qualified helpers.
