Yildrim was born in the Shifting Expanse when his mum took an extended vacation there and fell for a handsome skydancer. She had several children and brought them home to the Labyrinth, but Yildrim is the only one who stayed. He looked a lot like his parents when he hatched, but maybe he contracted something weird on the flight across the Plague lands, because at just a few days old he started developing strange colouration on his wings and body even as all his gold migrated to his belly. The strange toxic apperance seems to be the only symtom, though, and frankly he looks amazing like this.

He’s just as sweet as he looks, too. Hard to get to know, but always willing to be helpful. To those who have become his friends, he’s loyal unto death. He loves sweets a little too much, but he keeps in sleek Fae shape anyway because he loves acrobatics. He’s a bit of a showoff, not that you’d normally be able to tell with his sweet, slightly shy personality, but there are few things that give him greater thrill than when others see him perform his acrobatics well.
