THE HISTORIAN
Khatira is a brilliant scholar with a near-photographic memory. As such, she has been employed as the clan's primary archivist. For her intelligence and seniority status among the clan, she was also selected to be a member of the Council.
But Khatira really isn't all that old, despite giving every impression of an old soul. That honor goes to Kreeth, and Khatira is far younger than the aged healer. In reality, she's only just nearing middle-age.

Khatira has always felt very at home among the clan, though she professes some discontent concerning the small number of Snapper residents. One would think that in Dragonhome, they ought to be more numerous. Snappers were never a very populous species, but still-- there are clans full of them residing in Greatwyrm's Breach. Khatira has seen them herself. Alas, for whatever reason, fate has not brought many Snappers to the Oasis Rock clan.

So quite naturally, Khatira was thrilled when she heard that another Snapper was moving into the Table. For many years, it had just been her and Grank. Of course, she didn't expect that this newcomer would be so... handsome.
