Biography
Neimocelus's name is a combination of two.
He is named after Captain Nemo himself, from various novels, and is depicted as a sea traveler and amazing scientist with a overall good heart and a short temper that was rarely shown. The other half comes from a species of fish he slightly resembles and is common around reefs in the ocean. Named oxycephalus, whole name being Chaetodon oxycephalus. It's common name is mostly know as the Pig Face Butterfly Fish.
Neimocelus is very commonly seen in water and does not leave it entirely often. When the lair make trips to the ocean areas he is normally swimming carefree among the reefs and fish. If anything he is a protector of the sort and he only eats what he needs. Intrigued by coral and the creatures among it, he often settles around large mounds of coral underwater and relaxes among them.
Though the lair is situated in the canyon, a long with Acula,Nebula, and Valkoi's help with their digging abilities they have successfully established a small body of water near the lair that consists of sea water and various forms of sea life thanks to Alexander's expertise from his birthplace in The Sea of a Thousand Currents as well as Neimocelus's own re accounts from his birth place that bordered it. It also helps that the lair itself is settled in between the three lands of Light,Lightning, and Water.
Neimocelus is very docile but has a short temper though he hardly ever shows it. He commonly simply shakes his head and moves away from which ever is aggravating him. If crossed however and forced into an altercation, he is quite ruthless and usually quickly pins down his opposed. From there he decides on what is to be done further but has never nor will ever plan to take another's life. Once life is gone from friend or foe he internally grieves it a great deal.
Often Neimocelus will approach for a good rub under his chin and neck or bask in the sun while in a body of water next to you.
One thing he has an extreme weakness for is, indeed, hatchlings. Any hatchlings coming from their eggs in the lair usually find Neimocelus off in the background watching from afar.
He is commonly seen out of the water when hatchlings are present in the lair, basking and or asleep with little hatchlings slumbering on him or playing around or on him. He is very patient and excellent care taker and protector of the little ones in the lair.
