- lies about past life. likes coming up with stories of how it came to be
- (think of the serpent from the adam and eve story, but instead of tempting people to do bad it pushes people to do "good". thing is that's bad since the "good" it wants people to do is taken to the extreme)

- has a much more distinguished demeanor than bahaghari
- couldn't care less about romance/lust, but will take advantage of the concept and use the desire for them to find hosts

- form it usually takes is a lake taal snake
- capable of shapeshifting
- drains life force of hosts. signs of that are hosts becoming paler/greyer in complexion, while helminth sports a more vivid set of scales
- bowtie was a gift? maybe? helminth wears it because it thinks it's neat
