It was a dark September, and the moon hung low. The egg hatched, and a beautiful, healthy hatchling with orange eyes and wings as fresh as spring grass rolled out. He lifted a tiny head and gave a weak but satisfied squeak. His parents awoke as if stung, abd hurried to take the now slightly cold hatchling under their wings. He fell into a deep slumber.

Orange eyes followed the scool of fish. They were a silvery white like his body, and with his wings tucked behind him he would have blended if if he was not 3 times their size. One of them got too close, and he struck. The others fled, of course, but one was more than enough. He managed to get to the surface and waddle onto land.

It was late, but he was safe. No one bothered a dragon with a ring of fire around him who looked like they were in a hurry. He burst into the main room, where the elders, his parents included, was meeting. The candles gave a slight burst in reaction to his presence. We have a new islad, he exclaimed.




Isipho needs a girl, preferably a high breed. Female ice-green or goldenrod-aqua to emerald.
