Vibrio is genderqueer. They’re an advisor, strategician and an overall "Renaissance" person. They advise on issues from coli strategy to architecture to organizing personnel to manuscript translations. Originally they came from a feral mirror pack: one of the marauding, fluid packs of mirrors that still live in the way of the species’ ancient ancestors. However, they were driven out when they were still just a hatchling, rejected for some reason that wasn’t apparent on the surface. It wasn’t their primal eyes; feral mirrors don’t seem to register primal eyes as different at all. Whatever the reason, Vibrio was found shivering and starving against Outfit Vector’s outer gate. There was an argument over what to do with them, feral mirrors are not known to take to civilized life very well. Their fate was ultimately decided by the newly appointed Necromancer, Kishna, who cast the question to Mother and then counseled the feral pup be taken in and educated. It was the first time she’d served the outfit in this way and it went a long way in solidifying her standing. Vibrio proved to be something of a prodigy, and unlike the vast majority of their clanmates, is always eager to help in any way and on any topic they can. Overall shy, get them talking and they become animated and eager to engage. Compliment them, and they’ll clam right up again, though primarily from shy happiness (this is triply true if you compliment their hat).
