Windsearer is more closed off than Riverwind, a dragon of few words and great size, whose eyes seem to pierce into one’s soul. His gaze can come across as intense, but he’s well attuned to body language, and knows how to soften his gaze (when he wants to that is). He’s as open as Riverwind to others, but marks a fine line between being welcoming and trusting someone, though he doesn’t restrict his kindness to ______. His respect is earned, not given freely. Phrases that describe him well would be ‘give no crap, but take no crap’ and ‘others earn your wrath’.

Riverwind leads the clan, and Windshearer has River as his charge, while the clan is River's charge. At first, River saw Wind as a threat and would chase him off, but once Wind explained why he kept coming back she begrudgingly accepted his company. Wind isn't stupid tho, and realized the best thing he can do to make sure River is alright is to protect the clan, and so they protect it together.

when im geneing dragons myself, i try to stick to the rule of 'one gem gene per dragon' bc i accumulate treasure n gems slowly, but windshearer here saw that rule, read it, turned to me and said 'sorry i cant read' and YEETED it out the window. i cant even sue him.

wind is river's mate and was nearly mauled by her, but he kept of coming back bc river was his charge. so to protect her he protects the clan as well bc he knows that it would devastate her if anything happened (he also helps protect river from herself bc she can, will, and has overworked herself before)
he also claims massif as his charge, and so does river, as smth special bc he was the first dragon outside of wind 2 join her 'clan'
