Occupation: Mule

Neapolitan is Jasper and Innes's 14th child. She was given her name after many of the clan members observed that her patterning and colors made her resemble the delicious ice cream flavor of the same name.

Neo's personality is about as sweet as ice cream as well. Though she isn't quite a patient listener like her big sister Beelzebub, Neo enjoys helping others and being a friend to everyone. However, she is also quite naive, and other, more mean-spirited dragons might take advantage of her generosity by making her do all of their work for the day.

Jasper often finds herself trying to explain to Neapolitan not to let others use her as their personal pack-mule, and although she always says "Yes, Mama!", Neapolitan will instantly go back to doing some other dragon's chores minutes afterward.
