Frustrated, brash, unsettling

Talwar originally hailed from a pack of roaming Mirror dragons. He was born with deformed wings, but due to his species' terrestrial nature, it wasn't originally a problem. That changed when he injured his leg. He was no longer able to keep up with his pack, and he eventually became separated from them in the deadly Shifting Expanse wasteland.

Using all of his determination, he dragged himself to the company of other dragons so that he could heal and start anew. The clan patriarch found him shortly after founding the Empyreal, and Talwar jumped at the possibility of finding a permanent home.

Though he would never admit it, Hjalti regrets making the offer in the first place. The Mirror dragon's predatory movements and ferocious eating style unnerve the other clan members. Talwar may not mean them any harm, but his presentation is incredibly off-putting. He makes token attempts to participate in clan activities and tries to look normal, but is aware others don't like him.

Secretly, he wishes he had perfect wings, and he'd do anything to get them. He's sought out some potential leads, but they've all failed him. For now, he bides his time and spends his days with his fellow Mirror dragons on hunting or fishing expeditions.
