Precious is most likely found in the vault or in the hoard, compulsively going over every item the clan has, and needs. All the gathers and merchants bring their new wares to Precious to check before she stores it all carefully. Anyone who needs anything must check in with her to see if it's in the clan's possession, and so she can mark it down as used. Precious's job is one of the more busy of the clan, and she even sleeps amonst the hoard so that she can keep an eye on everything, and continue her work early in the morning.
She's not the most friendly or outgoing of dragons, not that's cruel or nescesarrily unkind - she's just busy, and doesn't often have time to waste. She does however, value her time amongst the clan - especially those she has known for years and years.

Precious was brought to the clan in a time of peace. Like many of her siblings, Precious was originaly prized for her shimering gold appearence, and was adopted by one of the vainer members of the old clan, who wanted to flaunt her like a precious jewel. Despite her adoptive parent not really caring for her as an individual, Precious made several friends among the younger members of the clan, eventually growing close to the young, ambitious leaders of the clan. It was they who recognised Precious for her talents - keen eyes, a good memory and just a little possesive - and made her the official inventorist of the clan.
After tragedy struck the clan, Precious lost her family, and many of the other dragons who sure her for little above her physical beauty. It was a great loss to the clan, but Precious felt no personal grief - as those she was closest too still remained. At least, that's what she believed. The aura of agony and depression that surrounded the clan seeped it's way even into Precious' think crystaline skin, and she buried herself in her work. For a while, her sscales began to lose their shine as she would spend days without end inside the vault, without seeing the sunlight. However, as new life began to fill the clan, and with every new dragon that came to her demanding her help, she saw more and more of the daylight, and the life, returning to her golden body.

Precious was never much of a wawrrior, unlike the rest of her clan. However, her daily job of hauling items around storage means she's quite bulky, capable of lifting massive amounts of gold and other heavy metals too and from the vault for easier access. She's also no clutz either. Precious works with many items that are fragile and delicate, and she wouldn't be made for the job if she kept on breaking the more valuable items in the clan's possesion. However, having spent so much time underground with the hoard, Precious isn't in the best health, often getting a nasty cough from breathing in dust,

Precious is one of the smarter members of the clan, a nescessary trait for someone who needs to keep track of an entire inventory. Precious takes a lot of notes, and has a lot of books scattered around her office as she writes down figures and totals. As such, she actually has impeccable handwriting, which means that her wishlist that she keeps posted near the entrance of the hoard is really easy to understand for anybody passing through. She also readily makes copies for anyone who wants one, and keeps her notes in premium shape and order. For Precious, the less she has to explain anything to someone else the better.
