A Z A G H A L

Azaghal crawled out of the Wandering Contagion with enchantments rolling off his tongue. Leaves that weren't already dead withered in his presence, yet remained alive (though clinging to life). The matriarch didn't even understand him, and left his predicament in the claws of the House of Glade. The House itself was hesitant to accept Azaghal; he seemed to see things in another world, dimensions far beyond the eyes of Sorneith. He smiled upon meeting the House full of gardeners, botanists, and healers, but he was oblivious to their apprehension…Through some obstacles, Rivendell, Lady of the Glade, finally accepted this withered and weary wanderer….

Azaghal did not board with his House; however, and preferred to be in the company of the resident loner, Remnant. Their friendship and understanding of each other was nearly immediate. The wildclaw knew EXACTLY what kind of sorcerer the spiral was, and wisely kept his distance. As it turned out, Azaghal is a Wither Warlock, conjured to life not long after Remnant, and ordered to complete a similar quest. But at what cost? Day by day, as Azaghal grew accustomed to the bustling life within his new clan, he learned common tongue and his acquaintances (however few he had) carefully observed this warlock's sacred power...
