Aquifer

Aquifer was hatched a mirror, but that was something that meant little to him. He didn't have a pack, and he had absolutely no idea how mirrors are supposed to behave. Always feeling lost, unsure what exactly was expected of him, it caused him great anxiety. It wasn't until years later, after exploring the world and battling alongside his compatriots, that he realized what he must do. He had to find his true face. It took many moons to gather the wealth he needed to complete this transformation, but now that he has changed, he knows it was worth it. There is a confidence in him now so sorely lacking before.

The years spent moping and hiding seem to have pushed him into the complete other direction though. He's obnoxiously cheerful, utterly vain and fails to see why others may not be able to fix their problems like he did. Having become quite good at amassing riches, he spends most of his earnings on pretty things, like pearls and jewelry and filigreed thingamabobs.. and knows full well others laugh behind his back about it. But really, who cares what they have to say about anything?

Aquifer owns an exquisitely crafted villa, partially carved into the rockface surrounding Turquoise Bay, with a marble balcony overseeing the town. From time to time he will throw a lavish soiree, inviting those he deems worthy. Gypsum is always present at these bashes, Aquifer appreciates the prestige of having such a fine lady entertaining his guests and he cherished having someone who shares his taste for the finer things in life.

After many years so lonely, he is now surrounded by likeminded souls, a meticulously curated life of his dreams. And the best of all this is his beloved, Florian, crown jewel of this fantasy. Both fashionably late to find love, the two wasted no time to tie the knot and have been utterly inseparable since.
