Kalya
Wind ambassador of the Twilight Circle

Kalya used to be from a different flight and region. Traded as a sign of friendship, he now resides in he circle, as the Wind flight ambassador. He is the first member to not be of the shadow flight by birth.
Kalya is an honest and headstrong dragon. He is determined to prove to any who think otherwise that he belongs, and is in general really nice. He is great friends with Syrle, and the two are mates.

Kalya had been born in the clan Frost and his parents had arrived in slightly before Frost's arrival. The two, being very close in age had grown up together, becoming best friends. Although he never told Frost this, he always knew what the tundra was feeling, and always did his best to understand his friend.
He had always wanted to see live outside of the zephyr steppes, he was worried he wouldn't be able to handle the situations, unlike Frost, who was never interested in leaving his clan. Yet for some reason, Kalya could feel Frost did want to go.
As Frost did eventually take his parent's advice to go see the world, he watched as his friend did what he himself had always wanted to do. Although he didn't exactly fancy the dark and gloomy region, he had decided that just in case Frost could use a familiar face, he would head off there anyways.
When Frost and Kalya met up again, while they weren't as close as they once were, they were still friends. It was in him he asked advice about a certain dragon in the Circle he had come to like.
"You gotta just go for it," Frost had told him.
When he met Syrle, he thought it would be a good idea to get to know someone from a different flight as well. He and Syrle both had their tales to tell, and were able to bond over it, along with other things.
They have two children, named Mania and Erianthe. He hopes both of them will be able to pursue the path they choose.
Personality
He is a relatively reserved dragon that likes to help others. He cares a lot for his family and friends, but won't hesitate to help outsiders unless he reads bad intentions. Even then, Kalya will go through things step by step with whoever it is while keeping a guard up. He's more of a healer by nature.
